what to expect
Therapy is collaborative, structured, and tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are focused on helping you build practical skills, increase insight, and create meaningful, lasting progress over time.
In our work together, you can expect a supportive and grounded space where we identify patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward improving day-to-day functioning and emotional regulation.
Treatment is active and goal-oriented, with a focus on applying what you learn in session to real-life situations. Progress is monitored and adjusted as needed to ensure the work remains effective and aligned with your goals.
For Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), caregivers are actively involved in sessions and receive real-time coaching to develop skills that strengthen the parent-child relationship and support consistent behavioral and emotional change both in and outside of sessions.
